  • Q - How to become a P-Life member?...

 
A - 1. Complete on-line pre-registration form, 2. print membership application form 3. submit signed membership application form AND RM50 membership fees to any P-Life outlets.
 

  • Q - Is P-Life membership for a lifetime?...

 
A - P-Life membership is for 1 year – RM50, subsequent yearly renewal – RM50
 

  • Q - What is the difference between a customer and a P-Life member?

 
A - Customers buy products at retail price, not entitled to bonus earnings.

A - P-Life members buy products at member price, entitled to bonus earnings.

 

  • Q - How do I (as Plife member) check my “family” tree, sales transaction, wallet statements and personal profile?

 
A - via online member page
 

  • Q - How can I (as Plife member) get my member page login password?

 
A - State method for notification on application form - either SMS or email
 

  • Q - I am > 55 years old, I do not have a KWSP account. What will happen to my KWSP contribution?

 
A - ‘’er portion will be credited to E-Wallet. There will also be no deduction of 'ee portion.
 

  • Q - My son is only 17 years old. Can he join as a Plife member?

 
A - Minimal age for membership = 18 years old
 

  • Q - What do I get in exchange for my RM50 membership fees?

 
A - A Sales kit, Structured training & Online member login
 

  • Q - How do I renew my membership?

 
A - RM50 will be automatically deducted for renewal of membership. After 1 year of inactivity, balance of E-wallet will be credited to selected bank. If no bank has been selected or selected account is not valid, all balances will be transferred to unclaimed money.

  • Q - When am I (as a Plife member) supposed to receive my Plife bonus?

 
A - By the 20th of every month. Bonus e-statement will be available online via member page
 

  • Q- What is the minimum monthly PV maintenance?

 
A – 15 PV/ month
 

  • Q -What is E-Wallet/M-Wallet?

 
A –
  • These 2 wallets will be auto-generated upon successful registration of member.
  • E-Wallet (Earnings Wallet).
  • As good as cash.
  • Allowed for withdrawal.
  • Credit to selected banks (Min – RM30 per transaction. Bank charges to be borne by member.
  • Convert to M-Wallet with additional 5%.
  • M-Wallet (Maintenance Wallet).
  • Utilised for purchases only, no withdrawal allowed.

 

  • Q - Source of E-Wallet and M-Wallet?

 
A - M-Wallet (Maintenance Wallet) - Transferred from E-Wallet. Can be topped-up for purchases.

     E-Wallet (Earning Wallet) - Monthly bonus earning.

 

  • Q - How do I (as Plife member) get my commission?

 
A - Your commission will be credited to your E-Wallet with option to transfer to M-Wallet.
 

  • Q - When is the cut-off for commission calculation?

 
A - Daily submission cut-off @12:00 noon. Daily sales figure is available online @ 5 p.m. (during working days). Sales top-up @ 3 working days from each month end.
